Here's a list of all the designers participating in the blog hop today...
I've been playing with some of the BRAND NEW items over at Serendipity Stamps and I'm loving them! This Wedded Bliss set is definitely one of my favorites from the new collections. It's a great set, especially with all the Spring weddings happening right now, but I decided to use it to make an anniversary card for my husband! We celebrate 25 happy years together next month (TWENTY-FIVE!) and I really wanted to make him something special. You guys get the sneak peek, but my husband won't see it until our anniversary!
The set has lots of great sentiments, but the "I Still Do" sentiment is just so perfect for anniversaries! I love the little diamond ring next to it!
I
I stamped the bride and groom image onto Copic X-Press It paper using MFT's Extreme Black Ink and colored it with my Copic markers (I made sure to color their hair to match my husband's and my hair!). I then cut the image out using some oval frames and applied it to a square card front I made using some red and black glitter paper and some black and white striped patterned paper.
I then added some black paper roses and some pearly white and black enamel dots to finish the look.
For the inside of my card, I stamped the "Forever (and always)" sentiment into white cardstock and framed it using more of the red and black glitter paper.
The font of this is just so pretty!!
As always, a big THANK YOU to you guys for stopping to visit with me today! Have a wonderful week and good luck on the blog hop!!
